An Overview of the Workbook Materials for
Achieving Quantum Transformation

Workbooks

Workbook for Implementing the Tracks: Volumes I, II, III (including more than 2,000 pages in Acrobat pdf files) can be printed and packaged into one-day workshop sections to enable the "just-in-time" mode of distributing materials to organizational members. Moreover, these materials can be three-hole punched for easy insertion into Workbook binders. These binders also allow for insertion of additional, specialized materials, if desired. These specialized materials can be paginated properly, since each chapter in the Workbooks is numbered separately. Alternatively, additional materials can be organized into another three-ring binder.

Slides

Overhead Slides for Implementing the Tracks: Volumes I, II, III (including more than 1,000 overhead slides in Acrobat pdf files) visually present the core concepts and methods of the completely integrated program—also known as the Eight-Track Program. These overhead slides are organized into separate modules for each of the suggested workshop sessions and are paginated to correspond with the identical page in the Workbooks. Each overhead slide can be projected on a large screen via readily available presentation hardware and software.

ManualLogistics Manual for Implementing the Tracks
(166 pages of hard-earned experience in one Acrobat pdf file) was developed in conjunction with organizations that have implemented the completely integrated program. The Manual provides guidelines and hints for managing the behind-the-scenes logistical details for successfully implementing this program—whether for small or large organizations. The Manual also provides the criteria for choosing a Logistic Coordinator and a Logistic Team and includes numerous checklists and sample memoranda that are relevant from the initiation of the program through its intricate implementation and subsequent evaluation.

SchedulesConsultant Schedules for Implementing the Tracks: Volumes I, II, III (in one Acrobat pdf file) provides the typical time allocations for the activities in each one-day workshop in all three volumes of the Workbooks. These time estimates are averages from having conducted these workshop sessions many times before with many different types of organizations. As a result, consultants must necessarily adjust their time estimates for each activity in order to meet the unique needs of their specific audience. But these schedules at least provide a rough estimate on how much time it takes to do justice to all the materials without spending too much time on unnecessary detail.
